Please decruft the libgd2 package.

Most of these are covered by the virtual packages, only nagios3 and php-ps
(in sid only due to other RC bugs) need the real packages.
But since libgd2-dev (2.1.1-1) is no longer available the cruft packages
are not installable anymore anyway. Therefore removing them won't make
the situation worse for nagios3 and php-ps.
