"minor" would be more appropriate, since this bug has a trivial
workaround, a trivial fix, and does not affect the default installation
(curl or w3m must be previously installed)

In the normal configuration, libhttp-date-perl is installed by
libwww-perl, which is the first in a short list of optional
dependencies. In the case where curl or w3m is installed before
spamassassassin, though, libwww-perl isn't installed, so neither is
libhttp-date-perl. However, since sa-update does directly use HTTP::Date
directly, the missing dependency is indeed a bug, and is fixed in svn.
