so re-reading the description, I see it's really only the last sentence that is a bit ambiguous: it's just not completely clear that it should be parsed
the debug symbols for (the epub library and the utilities) rather than (the debug symbols for the epub library) and the utilities TBH, I did think it was weird that the utilities were in the debug package.
