debsign uses stty to save/restore terminal settings. Unfortunately, some people run it without a controlling terminal (which is perfectly reasonable if using the gpg agent), which makes stty print an ugly error message and fail, which kills the script for no good reason. Fix: Use 2>/dev/null and ||true. - -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers dapper APT policy: (850, 'dapper'), (740, 'breezy'), (730, 'testing'), (500, 'dapper-updates'), (500, 'dapper-security'), (500, 'breezy-updates'), (500, 'breezy-security') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.14-rc2-1.27 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) - -- no debconf information -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFDuSI78+hUANcKr/kRAnbGAKCpVGwIw/JtLADNQD2qXC/5beO4SwCghS9p SGcqzZjkFPGGr8Mz3KDW0us= =mDhW -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
