I recommend people to go to openSUSE if you absolutely need the latest from AMD, they have Catalyst 15.9 that works fine and openCL 2.0, and their system is much more mature than Debian. Just remember to install opencl-headers (from Educational repo).
You haven't fixed anything, the same problem happens. I doubt you even
tested the packages before pushing them.
