Hi, for what it's worth: it happens here, too. BUT: I'm using a normal Athlon XP notebook. So this is not limited to the amd64 architecture.
1.1.5-1 also crashes. While I was using MySQL 5.0, the admin *always* segfaulted (or hung). After downgrading to MySQL 4.1 it got a bit better, i.e. it sometimes works. Thanks for looking into this.
