Hi!
Please remove the debconf-kde0 source package - we don't need it in unstable
anymore, since Apper will soon be gone from unstable as well to perform the
final steps of the KDE Frameworks 5 transition, and the upcoming release of
Apper (snapshot available in experimental) will use the more recent Qt5 based
library from the debconf-kde package.
