We no longer run any services on ia64.  The only remaining ia64 hosts
are buildds/portermachine to support the soon-to-be-EOLed wheezy port.

Our authoritatives (the remaining ones we run for the geo
infrastructure) still run bind.  All recursors are unbound nowadays.
