I do not really run this command but when doing gbp buildpackage git-buildpackage cares for a clean repository - otherwise you would get an error. The gcc transition has a lot of intermediate effects that might be cured now. At least the problem vanished. By the way I'm *always* building in a sid chroot by using cowbuilder (pbuilder). > Thanks a lot for supporting me.
