Source: python-characteristic Version: 14.3.0-1 Severity: normal Since this package is entirely arch all code, there's no need to build-depend on python3-all-dev. It should be python3-all, similar to the python-all build-dep the package uses for python(2). Use of python3-all-dev makes the package appear on the python3.5 transition tracker [1] as a candidate for a rebuild it clearly doesn't need.
