Hi Francesco,

Sorry for taking so long to reply to this bug. Midori was abandoned for
some months, and now I'm trying to revive it.

FTR, I removed Yves-Alexis from the Cc list because he explicitly
mentioned that he does not want to be involved with Midori anymore.

A few days ago I have uploaded a new version of Midori, 0.5.11, to
unstable. I tested importing your test bookmark using it, and
apparently everything worked fine. I know you probably have been using
another browser for some time, but would you be willing to performing
your proposed test and confirming that the bug has been fixed?

On a quick look, I could not find the bug Yves-Alexis created on
Launchpad (and apparently he forgot to set this bug as forwarded).

Yeah, I found some bug reports on Launchpad which are apparently related
to the issue you reported on #643592.

Thanks,
