dpkg -l gnupg shows 1.4.2-2.

Well, I think that everything is fixed now. The problem was probably
that in my homedir, there were some relics left from enigmail-0.86. I
removed all of them, reinstalled the default Debian enigmail package and
now everything is fine; I can even send PGP/MIME messages again now.
