I see that you made the upload. Unfortunately, it fails to build [1].
The reason is, that you patch configure directly but also run
dh-autoreconf, so configure is regenerated before build.
You should patch only configure.ac.
If you replace debian/patches/systemd-libs with the attached patch, it
should do the trick.
