Dear Maintainer, in a default cinnamon install, nemo is included. With this standard setup, mounting smb shares in nemo (and copying) works just fine. Hoewver, when opening a video in vlc or totem, it fails, claiming that the file can not be found. It turns out, that manually installing gvfs-fuse (and rebooting) solved the issue, as now, smb is also mounted on the filesystem u nder /var/run/... I suggest to put this package as dependancy as this is the expected behavior.
