Yes, that's it! 

A few days ago, I tryed to change the 0-update to
be more verbose (quiet=1). But I haven't received anything. 

Moreover,
I thought that MAILON can have "output" or "always" as value. When
configured with "always" I should get an email even if no output was
generated.
