Does it play ok? > Here is what I did. 1 record sound to wav file 2 used oggenc to encode to ogg 3 checked with ogginfo - result OK 4 used "head -n -10" to truncate end of file 5 played file in each app Results helix - played fine until last few seconds then barfed with "General error: HXR_UNEXPECTED (0x80040009)" ogg123 - played so well you would not have known it was truncated. xmms - same as ogg123 vlc - same as ogg123 (though it displayed incorrect duration) Navigation was possible in all apps. Let me know if you need further tests. I am happy to help. -- Regards, Iain. ----- End forwarded message ----- bye, - michael -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
