Please consider moving togl-demos to a different section. To better support ddebs, the FTP masters have decided to implement a change in DAK that will make DAK move *all* packages in the debug section into a separate archive for debug symbols[1]. As togl-demos is not purely a package containing debug symbols, it should probably change section. ~Niels [1] I will write a mail to debian-devel@ with more information about this change.
