Package: mothur Version: 1.33.3+dfsg-2 Severity: normal Hi, I've noticed that the current release of mothur in Debian is slightly outdated. It seems that the debian/watch file is not pointing to the right place. The current releases seem to be announced on github:
https://github.com/mothur/mothur/releases This is a watchfile that should work: version=3 opts=dversionmangle=s/(\+dfsg|[~\+]repack)// \ https://github.com/mothur/mothur/tags .*/v?(\d\S*)\.tar\.gz (it'd be great if a new release would be packaged too :D ) Cheers, Tomasz -- System Information: Debian Release: stretch/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.1.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=es_ES.utf8, LC_CTYPE=es_ES.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages mothur depends on: ii libc6 2.19-19 ii libgcc1 1:5.1.1-14 ii libreadline6 6.3-8+b3 ii libstdc++6 5.1.1-14 mothur recommends no packages. mothur suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
