The current policy is that libstdc++-transitioning libraries can be
uploaded to unstable as soon as their library dependencies have started
their transitions in unstable. mimetic does not appear to have library
dependencies beyond libstdc++ itself, so I have uploaded this to
DELAYED/2, with no changes other than to the changelog.

Please let me know if I should reschedule or cancel it (for instance
to DELAYED/0 to speed things up). You are also welcome to do a
higher-versioned MU, which would cause my NMU to be refused.
