You closed the bug in a nonexistant version. Furthermore the bug isn't "fixed" per-se it's just not applicable to stretch/sid (because we don't support direct upgrades from wheezy to stretch/sid). The correct way to indicate that a bug is not applicable for particular releases is to use release tags.
Hopefully with this metadata fixup the package should be able to migrate to stretch.
