Thank you for your bug report. fetchmail 6.3.2 will ship with a clarified/corrected help text (and a related 6.3.X-only bug that affected --configdump for "skip" entries). I will not, as upstream, release a fixed package, as 6.2.X is near end-of-life and a new release will only be made in case a security or critical bug is found.
