Bug#759401: dak accepting upstream signature .asc files?

hi Ansgar--

Just a ping on #759401 -- can dak accept upstream signature .asc files
yet?  I'm doing a lightning talk tomorrow about encouarging upstream
signatures and i'd love to be able to announce this part of the puzzle
as well.
