So this bug was marked as found in 1.83b-1 and fixed in 1.83b-1 at the same time. Apparently "found" takes precedence, making BTS think that this bug is still not fixed.
To avoid situations like this, when you're closing a bug that is invalid, or didn't require any source changes to fix, don't use the Version pseudoheader.
