No, this doesn't complete the transition. Assuming it builds successfully
everywhere, this is the last thing that needs to be done in src:ucommon
(and the bug is now assigned to release.debian.org, not ucommon); but the
transition is not over until ucommon reaches testing.
(At this rate that's going to be a matter of weeks, if not months...)
