Package: htop Version: 1.0.3-1 Severity: normal Initially I thought this a conky bug (reported at https://github.com/brndnmtthws/conky/issues/130) - according to conky, 9GB RAM is used (minus any buffers), however htop reports 11088MB used (presumably also minus buffers) - free reports the following:
======================================================================
total used free shared buff/cache available
Mem: 32998636 9011192 1532280 273112 22455164 23306740
Swap: 10485756 0 10485756
======================================================================
Which is close to conky's value (8800MB, still annoyingly different
mind), presumably vindicating it. What is htop actually reporting here?
Thanks
