Justification: renders package unusable
Dear Maintainer,
OK 1st run it didn't have a configured email address for sender -- So, I
added that to the config file.
Now it won't use the system configured email client to send the report,
or as the Debian ReportBug client, send directly to Debian's email
server if a system spool isn't available.
