To make the migration easier, we propose to turn the built-in HTML editor
into just a built-in Text editor.


The Debian Qt/KDE team notes that they are not packaging QtWebCore,
ie, they are not packaging the Blink-based web stuff. The most you
will get is qt5's webkit.

Fedora isn't going to package QtWebCore too.
