Over 3000 other packages also need rebuilding - see https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/libstdc++6.html for the full horror. Please don't file requests for each one individually. :-p gnote depends on three other packages which also need rebuilding - glibmm2.4, gtkmm3.0 and rarian - so rebuilding it right now probably isn't that useful.
