no problem for me. But can I update these packages keeping my Jessie, or
should I test a full-testing/sid distro? I'd prefer the 1st solution if
possible.

it would be nice to try the new 4.3.30 from sid/Stretch or 5.0.0 from
experimental, this issue might likely already be fixed.
