Control: fixed -1 octave/4.0.0-1

Thanks for the report. I am able to reproduce this in 3.8.2 but not in
4.0.0 (currently in unstable). I believe this is the same as upstream
bug #41051 [1], which was fortunately already found and fixed for the
4.0.0 release.

I don't know that this warrants a stable release update, but may be
fixed in a backport of 4.0.0 to stable. Octave team, any plans to
backport 4.0.0 to jessie-backports?
