the container detection stuff did try to get the PID namespace of #1
which does not work as unprivileged:
$ stat /proc/1/ns/pid
File: ‘/proc/1/ns/pid’stat: cannot read symbolic link
‘/proc/1/ns/pid’: Permission denied
Although the warnings are ugly it does not affect needrestart's
functionality. The problem has been fixed upstream and will be part of
needrestart 2.3.
