Hi,

While working on the "reproducible builds" effort [1], we have noticed
that apertium-dbus could not be built reproducibly.

The attached patch removes the generated .pyc and .pyo from the binary
debs. These should not be installed anyway as they are interpreter
specific (etc. etc.), so this is a benefit outside of reproducibility.
