In the first steps of the installer, when we choose a language which is not english (tested with German, Spanish, French), the keyboard layouts are showing up ordered as in the english version (just as short example when selecting French as language, and looking for the german keyboard layout) : Français Géorgien Allemand Grec "Allemand" is sorted as it would be "German". It's kind of confusing cause we start with a looks-like-a-sorted list, but the things are not at the expected place. This doesn't happen when looking for the country list.
