As 1.5-1 was already accepted into the archive, the new Debian version will be 1.5-2. You should leave the changelog entry for 1.5-1 and add a new entry for 1.5-2 at the top of the file. The new debian/changelog file should look something like the one below. You can can also wrap changelog entries if they are too long.
