Package: emacs Version: 46.1 Severity: normal Tags: d-i Dear Maintainer,
Recently I installed Emacs, but then I decided to uninstall it, so I typed: aptitude purge emacs As it didn't work, I had to try to re-install it and then uninstall it with the "remove" option, but this didn't work neither. Emacs continued to be uninstalled but apt-get shows it as not installed and does not report any error. -- System Information: Debian Release: 8.1 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-4-686-pae (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=es_ES.utf8, LC_CTYPE=es_ES.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
