Hi Chris, I was updating the package to nikola 7.6.0 and it is getting a little
bit hard because it has strong (==version) dependencies on packages.

$ grep == requirements.txt
doit==0.28.0
python-dateutil==2.4.2
Yapsy==1.11.223

I have updated yapsy and doit because I am also the maintainer so no problem
here, but with date-util is not the case.
I don't know if nikola needs those versions strictly but if it is not the case,
could you be less restrictive with the dependencies and also use >= instead of
==?
