Hi, during a test with piuparts I noticed your package modifies conffiles. This is forbidden by the policy, see https://www.debian.org/doc/debian-policy/ch-files.html#s-config-files The correct way to remove obsolete conffiles is to use 'dpkg-maitscript-helper rm_conffile', ideally from d/$PACKAGE.maintscript files. See dpkg-maintscript-helper(1) and dh_installdeb(1) for details. debsums reports modification of the following files, from the attached log (scroll to the bottom...): 1m18.1s ERROR: FAIL: debsums reports modifications inside the chroot: debsums: missing file /etc/init.d/cloudprintd (from cloudprint-service package) cheers, Andreas
