Hi Vincent! Unfortunately this fuctionality depends on a feature that is not present on OpenSSL but LibreSSL software, that currently is not present on the archive. Happily, the portable OpenNTPd maintainer is porting LibreSSL's missing piece into a standalone library that could be used on OpenNTPd. Bare with us, its coming.
