Using the higan 094-6 package allowed higan to run on the RadeonHD 4550.

I was also able to test with a Radeon X1300, and it correctly failed the OpenGL 3.2 test when running higan (since it's only OpenGL 2.x capable).
Just for reference on the X1300:
OpenGL vendor string: X.Org R300 Project
OpenGL renderer string: Gallium 0.4 on ATI RV515
OpenGL version string: 2.1 Mesa 10.5.8
OpenGL shading language version string: 1.20

You can close the bug as far as I am concerned, unless there is something else you would like me to test.
