Source: fglrx-driver

Dear Maintainer,
There is a new upstream 15.5 release:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Linux%20x86_64
I have tried to package it localy. I noticed the tarball generating
script which mentioned in debian/README.source has been broken. So that
I extract source from upstream zip file manually and updated the package.
Here is the debdiff:
