Bug#790115: /sbin/fsck: e2fsck is run on ROOT filesystem with every Reboot

There is a correction I would like to put for my earlier report on the bug.
I had mentioned "Filesystem last write time is in the Future".
However, it should be read as "Superblock last  write time is in the Future", 
and then fsck is invoked to correct it.
