I had trouble following the instruction to make this work, so i installed the upstream version to see what was really doing
I attach install.sh, a script i created to install these binaries using the installed poppler-utils package, including the "modifications" included upstream. please, notice these bugs mention version 3.02 but zotero is using version 3.04 of these binaries now... dont know what extra thing they did to them since... also note, this script only work for amd64. Adjust it if you are using i386
