I confirmed that df -T returns "nfs4" for NFSv4 mounts and that current upstream git agents/check_mk_agent.linux line 143 is looking for "nfsv4" rather than "nfs4". Interestingly the nfsmounts section further down (line 170) correctly uses "nfs4"...
