Dear Maintainer,
I just installed dicomscope, I've never used it before, so it easily could be
an operator error.
I typed `dicomscope`, and got:

I see bug #731778, which looks relevant, but when I try some advice from that
thread, I get different results.

I do not have a javac currently on the system, so I can't test that part.
