OK, but your bug report didn't explain that this was what you were
hoping to achieve.
This does seem sensible - thinking about it, I'd say the ideal would be
that when the webview package isn't installed, wx-config should behave
exactly as it would if wx had been built from source without webview
support.
The current patch doesn't help achieve that end, so untagging it. A
better patch would certainly be welcome though.
