Source: wicd
Version: 1.7.2.4-4.1
Severity: normal

Hi,

in the combination systemd+wicd+nfs, the shutdown procedure hangs, as the
sequence is

1. stop all programs that might be using the network mounts
2. unmount network filesystems
3. deconfigure network

Unfortunately, wicd is killed during step 1, which may lead to the network
being deconfigured at this point already, leading to a hang in step 2.

In order to continue working together with systemd, the processes needed
for keeping up the network must be properly registered with systemd as
being exempt from the initial kill round.

   Simon
