Package: kdump-tools
Version: 1:1.5.8-2
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

Bug #788313 introduced an upstart job but the corresponding sysVinit script
does not verify if upstart is the init system. Hence the sysVinit script can
be started even if the upstart job has already run.
