I have found a source at [1], linked from [2]. I think this is
canonical. Note that the sf2 format is the preferred form for
modification for soundfonts, and so I believe it counts as source
anyway. For comparison, this is how fluid-soundfont is distributed.

I think I had to modify the source tarball to remove some binaries that
otherwise get installed. In my get-orig-source rule, I have 

        find -name *pdf -exec rm {} + && \
        rm thirdparty/rtf2html/rtf2html

but it probably needs updating..
