-1. I disagree with this wishlist item. Clean up by name is accessed by right-clicking on the desktop background. It's a function that applies to the whole desktop.
Personally when I see users' desktops which are cluttered with 1000 icons, I'm like, jeez louise, use folders already. That's what they are for.
