Dear Maintainer,

The package FTBFS in sid, I believe due to the inclusion of libharminv-dev 1.4
(testing has 1.3).

bands.cpp: In function 'int meep::do_harminv(std::complex<double>*, int,
double, double, double, int, std::complex<double>*, double*, double*, double*,
double, double, double, double, double, double)':
bands.cpp:469:51: error: cannot convert 'harminv_data' to 'harminv_complex*
{aka std::complex<double>*}' for argument '1' to 'void
harminv_get_amplitude(harminv_complex*, harminv_data, int)'
   double max_amp = abs(harminv_get_amplitude(hd, 0));

.... and many similar errors.
